Chelmsford City Council Planning Agents ‘League Table’

The above has been published for 2018.

Once gain, P A Scott Associates, are the ‘top’ Planning Agent, by measure of the number of Planning Applications submitted.

Some 46 Planning Applications were submitted, of which,  96% were approved.

P A Scott Associates continues to deliver Planning Consents for all types of clients across the full range of building projects…….

Change of Use / conversions of various buildings to dwellings

Was just having a think of the various types of buildings w’eve converted to dwellings over the years, and came up with:-

Barns –  timber frame, brick, steel framed, concrete framed 

Vinery          Church / chapel          Schools

Stables             Maltings                    Granary

Water Mill          Pubs                          Abbatoir

and, of course ————   Nissen Huts
